First days of work
During your first few weeks with us, your lead/mentor will discuss your job duties with you and HR will provide you with the information regarding employment benefits and WeAreBrain core policies. Also, HR will introduce you to all Brainiacs and provide you with your first week’s on-boarding schedule.
Career path design
During your first 2-3 weeks with WeAreBrain, your lead/mentor and HR will help you set goals for your probation period and detail how your performance will be measured. They will also help you design your career path within WeAreBrain.
Your first performance review will be carried out after your first 2-3 months of work and will be based on your delivery of work.
During your review we will:
- check your probation period goals
- provide feedback from your teammates, lead/mentor and clients
- make a decision regarding your probation period
2-3 weeks later, after successfully passing the probation period, your first career path session will be held. During this session, you will set goals, together with your lead/mentor and HR, to help you reach your next career milestone.
Performance review sessions will generally be held on a half-year basis, unless you reach your goals sooner, including:
- career path goals review and reset
- feedback from your teammates, lead/mentor and clients
