Work schedule

At WeAreBrain, we focus on results. That’s why we have flexible working hours which consist of no more than 8 hours per day. Your working schedule will be set based on project requirements and will be arranged as a collective decision with you and your team(s).

If you require time off, you need to discuss and arrange it with your project manager(s)/scrum master(s) (for software engineers/designers/QAs/DevOps) or lead/mentor (for business assistants/finance managers/sales managers/HR/marketing).

WeAreBrain provides all employees with days-off compensation according to your location’s official public holiday schedule. However, the company does not practice swapping/switching working days to Saturdays.

If you have any issues related to childcare on these days, you can choose from two options:

• You could take a day off (it will be regarded as a vacation day or unpaid day)
• Or just work from home (8 hours)
