  • Please don’t talk badly about your boss, other team members, our company, and clients.
  • Online does not equal anonymous.
  • Online critics can be mean and nasty, but don’t start an argument online. Nine times out of ten you’ll regret it in the morning.
  • Beware of TMI – everyone doesn’t need to know everything.
  • Accept that you can’t control the comments but you can control your reaction to them.
  • Sharing new ideas are great but before you do, test their validity. If you can’t, make sure you are clear that it’s a theory.
