Promotion & salary review

Based on your performance review results and career path milestones, your lead/mentor may initiate your promotion and salary review.

Promotion/salary reviews will be carried out on an annual basis.

Annual bonus

This bonus (up to 10% of your annual salary sum) will be paid together with your December/January salary and will be calculated pro-rata from your official start date after passing the trial period.
